At animal-experiences we think lemurs are amazing, and here’s a chance to get up close and feed these furry rascals by hand!

Lemurs – they’re a bit like monkeys but even cheekier, and this is one of our favourite animal experience days. With this experience you can go inside an enclosure full of lovable, cheeky ring-tailed lemurs. Once inside you will feed the lemurs by hand and interact with the animals. You will even have a trained keeper by your side to tell you about the animals and show you what to do.

This experience is based at a brilliant wildlife park in Hertfordshire and open to anyone aged 10 years and over. So why not find our more from one of the experience who provide the lemur experience and get close to these fun lemurs?

An experience to remember

At the end of your experience day you will get a presentation certificate as a memento of your remarkable encounter, not to mention all the photos you take of the furry, stripy rascals. You can’t bring the lemurs home with you but we’re sure you’ll want to!

You’ll have a brilliant day, as these cheeky chaps like nothing better than climbing all over people, and they really are friendly and furry.
But a word of warning: wear your old clothes, as lemurs can be a little bit smelly, and gorgeous as they are, you’ll probably not want to have lemurs all over your best threads.
